Half-day or day-long workshops allow you to immerse yourself in yoga with no time pressures. A workshop gives you space and time to move deeper into your practice, connect to the breath and move more slowly.

Workshop content and focus varies, but there will generally be a stronger dynamic theme in the morning looking at technique and alignment. In the afternoons, there will be plenty of opportunity for discussion and questions before usually ending the day with restorative yoga, to allow you to embody the benefits of the practice fully.

Since time, women have been acculturated to mostly put up and shut. It’s no surprise, then, that so many of us arrive at menopause worn down and burnt out. And then the hot flashes start.

Meanwhile, the subject of women and rage remains taboo while those who dare to express their anger are called all sorts of names. Which, of course, is good reason to get angry!
